What is VIN?

A question with an answer that leaves a lot of students overwhelmed! VIN (Veterinary Information Network) is a website with many (SO many) helpful resources for vet students and vets. It is a website where you can find almost everything you are looking for - from pondering something during placement to filling in the gaps during exam season. VIN takes huge pride in bringing together veterinary colleagues as a global community where you can interact with other vet students as well as vets via forums, grand rounds, case studies / message boards.

We’ve noticed during our clinic placements most practicing vets use VIN every day - especially in small animal practice. We hear it is essentially the “Vet Google”!
