2021 Room Booking Process
If you wish to book a room for your club, seminar etc, for speakers, you will have to contact and provide details as follows:
Date and time you want the room
Preferred room or type of room
Approx. Number of people
This must be done with at least 5 working days notice of your function.
You will also have to complete and send to them two forms:
If Clubs wish to use an EXTERNAL speaker- they are to contact Raymond Geor (Pro-Vice Chancellor Of the School of Veterinary Science), or alternately his secretary Natasha Meyer, to seek approval of the external speaker. A record of the form must also be forwarded to NationalEvents@massey.ac.nz.
The information you need to provide to the PVC are:
The event title and purpose
A list of external speakers
A short explanation as to why it has been escalated
In order to allow sufficient time for the request to be considered, the application must be completed no less than 15 working days’ prior to the event, unless there are reasonable circumstances where this timeframe cannot be met.
The decision regarding the application will be communicated to the event organiser no more than five working days following submission of the form.
